Children must be between 2 1/2 – 6 years of age and toilet trained. (NO PULL UPS OR DIAPERS ALLOWED). We welcome all children regardless of ethnic background, nationality, or religion.
Parent and child are required to visit the school prior to enrollment. This is to determine whether the preschool will be able to meet the particular needs of both parents and the child. This is also a good opportunity for the parents to view the school and ask any questions about our programs.
If you wish to enroll your child and space is available, you will receive a packet of forms. This packet contains a Parent Handbook, which should be read completely, and Enrollment Agreement at the back of the Handbook signed by both parents. All forms must be completed and returned to the preschool office along with Physician's form by the first day of school.

Registration fees consist of:
- Non-refundable annual Registration Fee of $145.00 for the first child (and $75.00 for each additional child)
- Security Deposit of one month's tuition
- $15 Earthquake fee
Monthly Preschool tuition, Kids' Club, and Early Birds fees are due at the first of each month. A bill will not be sent for tuition. Additional Daily Kids' Club and Early Birds fees will be added to the following month's tuition.

* A 15% discount for church members and a 5% discount for siblings will be applied to tuition for regular preschool hours only. This discount does not apply for Kids' Club, Summer Camp or "Mommy & Me" class.
Monthly tuition charges will be processed via Automatic Bank Payment (ACH) on the 5th of each month. If an automatic bank payment is returned due to insufficient funds in the account, FACTS will assess a $30.00 Returned Payment Fee. In addition, FACTS will reattempt to collect the bank payment on the 20th of the month. If the automatic bank payment fails again on the 20th, St. Stephen Preschool will assess a $25.00 fee in addition to the $30.00 FACTS Returned Payment Fee, unless an agreement has been arranged with the Director.
Monthly Tuition reflects The Yearly tuition divided into 10 equal payments (Sept. – June).
